DEGREASER NEUTRALIZER
EAGLE DEGREASER NEUTRALIZER is a concentrated high strength, mild sudsy cleaner designed to remove oils from concrete and neutralize concrete after acid staining.
DILUTION RATE:
Add 1-part cleaning solution to 4-parts water: 1 gallon diluted into 4 gallons of water, makes five gallons final volume.
